back to self doubts...

Why ??? I know it is a process,,, i read everything, i take all suggestions and apply them....i changed everything possible,, i have stayed n.c. i ignore when approached, but yet, here i am one year later, wiser, feeling 100 percent stronger than that women i was....not looking for a replacement of exn, still looking for me...everyday i say, dont u feel better???but i guess just feeling a little self pity party, and i dont know why...i know this day will pass...just looking at everyones up and downs here as made me reflect my on ups and downs, and just having a moment of self doubt again...
