angry

Thanx so much for this forum, I am already reading for a while all the messages and it helps a lot.

I want to ask something about being angry, I have a exn who is really addicted to porn and webcam and stuff like that, and the weird part is that he started a foundation for helping young woman get out of prostitution. I am so angry about that, that he is acting like a goodguy but in fact he is abslotuley not! I have trouble letting this go.

How did you all let the angry parts in yourself heal?
