To all of you amazing goddesses! Your time is NOW! Celebrate my 35th with me!

Hi fellow goddesses!

It is my birthday tomorrow. I'll be 35!! It's taken me 18 months of hard work to get to the stage where I feel FREE! It feels GOOD!!

It is possible. Inside every one of us, there is always a ball of energy, a ball of chi (qui) that never goes away entirely. It sits just behind our navels and it is our life force. It is ours and nobody can take it away, not even that manky ex you're thinking about. It is time for us to tap into OUR power!!

It is time for all of us to nurture ourselves and tell ourselves that we have ONE chance at life and we are not going to let ONE human get in the way of our future.

Even when you see how quickly he moved on and secured new supply, even when you see photos of HER looking so happy and attractive, even when you see his NS's family adoring him, even when you see him in new clothes, making an effort for HER, don't forget that YOU come first.

YOU are what turns this planet around.
YOU are the sensual world (to quote lovely Kate Bush!)
YOU can love until the end and know how that feels.
YOU can feel your heart singing with happiness.
YOU are beautiful, for all your amazing bumps and wrinkles.
YOU are the world working in harmony with itself.
YOU are the ambassador for Planet Earth.
YOU have the foresight to care properly for children and put their needs first.
YOU are the friend, the neighbour, the daughter, the mother, the aunty, the sister, the grandmother and you are loved by those worthy enough to share your company.
YOU are the hard working employee, the boss, the co-worker and your diligence is noticed by those who value you.
YOU are the heart of what makes humanity wonderful.

YOU have many reasons to celebrate.

On my birthday, I would like anyone who reads this to do one thing for me.

Go and look in the mirror at yourself and tell yourself you are BEAUTIFUL and YOU GOT THE LOVE!!!! Feel your ball of energy in your stomach and concentrate on it. It will get warmer the more you concentrate.

Please post if you do this - it would literally make my birthday knowing that I reached out to another woman and made her smile!!

Despite the pain we feel or have felt, we are all worth so much more than we ever expected and it is time to use our chi, our life force, to heal ourselves.

I want to thank everyone on this site for helping me to come to terms with my experience of personality disorder. I have learnt a huge amount and I am so much more aware of the realities that exist in this world.

On my birthday, I hope that at least one woman might be safe from harm, that one woman sets herself free or that one woman decides she's going to do things HER way!!

And remember...well behaved women rarely make history!!!
