Addiction

Any advice in how to help me get over this addiction ? I know obviously nc is the first step and I understand about going cold turkey but I just wondered if anyone can give me some tips. The trouble I have had in the past is the addictive feeling when he hoovers.
The longest he's ever left me alone for is 12 days. Just coming up to 7 days this time. I don't want to fall into that trap again.
His hoovers have been pretty predictable up to now but I don't want to kid myself I'm going cold turkey when in fact I may secretly be waiting for him to Hoover do that I have instant validation. I fall into the same trap everytime. I realise it more than ever now it's making me Nervously unwell
