Actually Had To Look

Hey Hey Everybody!

Yes. I actually had to look at my profile to figure out how long it'd been. Yes indeed.

Wondering constantly about the OW-now-NS and what she had and what was going to happen and figuring it all out and....oh, the spin. What hell and anguish the spin is.

Dating? Yes. Slowly. Enjoying the hell out of it.
All else is pretty gosh-darned good and getting better all the time.

Here's the funny thing.

I notice when I feel that 'crazy' feeling...say...around work-related people and such. And I've noticed that it turns out in the long run, whether they're N's or something else....that's my sign that somethin' just ain't right.

And these days, if it's messing with my peace and happiness, I stay far far away.

Which is a huge step in the right direction.

Still doing the therapy gig. Still sober. Still not smoking.

And here's a newsflash: it seems I actually like myself and my life enough to take care of me.

Yep.
