Accept

Still NC. Still reading and reading and doing some inner work as to why I would go for one n after another.

I am feeling so much clearer and brighter. I'm able to concentrate on something else other than n.

I feel I'm struggling to get my head round this is it. I know it has to be it but for me it's accepting that this is over once and for all.

There I no fix no cure. I can't try harder. I can't make it right. Now deep breath and move on toots!

How did you, if you have yet, got to acceptance? Xx
