about anger

this is something i saw and i wanted to share it with the forum. it is a quote i saw and felt it was relevant to those of us recovering from toxic relationships..

ANGER ... is nothing more than an outward expression of hurt, fear, and frustration.

i really liked that, because we will go thru the anger stage when recovering from a narc.
