Hello everyone.

I haven't posted anything for a while due to trying to sort my head out..i have been reading all of your posts and the wonderful advice being given back to them,and it's helped so much. Thank you all.

I recieved a horrible abusive text 48 hours ago and ignored. I am feeling ok in myself, keeping myself busy, seeing friends and it's helping me take my mind off of him and his evil ways.

I do love him, but i no longer am IN love with him and i think that's a good start.

Thank you for your reply :) Yes i will keep reading and stay close to here. If he does get back in contact and keep up the abuse i will block him from my phone. he's shown his true colours. I'm ok though surprisingly xxxx

KEEP GOING! Guaranteed if you don't block him you'll hear from him. These nut bags rarely let go of people that have made them feel powerful at any time. It's the drug they're addicted to. Blocking helps because you won't even know if he's contacted you and therefore won't be upset if he contacts you. If you're not ready for that, that's fine too. Just stay here, keep reading, and keep pushing forward! xoxoxox hugs to you! I BELIEVE IN YOU!!

May I suggest that you block

May I suggest that you block him on your cell? I have AT&T and use parental controls to block text and calls. He will not know that his texts are blocked and you will not know that he has texted or tried to call. Another beautiful reality, if you are prone to impulsive texting, is that it also blocks you from texting or calling the numbers you include. $5 a month Block him and protect your heart from more abuse.
