1 week since 'hoover'

I never texted him back and I felt really strong about that for a couple of days... but for the last 2 days I've literally just started crying so many times during the day!!! I could be just sitting at work, and tears just start rolling down my face... I don't know what to do or how to stop this!!! I don't have time to cry... I feel like I need to SCREAM!!! But I can't... Please tell me this will get easier.. I have Lisa's ebook printed out and have read it more than three times.. among other books and articles.. I think I am suffering from major CD... one minute I am cursing him and I hate his guts, and the next minute I am crying at the thought of never seeing his face ever again.
