Shhhh! dont tell anyone

but I think I might be doing a little better. Last night I went and met up with a bunch of my old girlfriends from high school. This morning I woke up and I didnt think of the N first thing! Usually that is the first thing that pops into my mind. I shopped all day today and he only popped into my mind a few times.

Weird thing is I had a good day today but I have a ton of tension in my jaws which results from anxiety but i didnt feel sad today so I dont know why I have that. Any ideas???

I was almost afraid to post this becuase I dont want to jinx myself.

That first day when you wake up and he isnt the first thing you think of is a huge mile stone !The first good day you have is another , it is clear proof that healing is happening to you . The progress is slow. Today I have had urges to text but I haven't. I'm just waiting for the day that that I will feel that he is a piece of shit instead of just thinking he is a piece of shit

SOI, does it help if I tell you he's a turd? That's what he is. Today Moore posted an email from her Narc. Read it, my guess is you have had a similar response. He will not be ,who you want him to be ,he is sick, NPD is real. I wish I could say different, I wish for me too. For me it helps reading story after story. Everyone of the guys are exactly the same. Awww thx dude. I know all the facts. I think its just a matter of time at this point. Time to detox. It just sucks. I actually should be thankful that he doesnt speak to me atleast that speeds up the detox. I would be in deeper by now if he were still speaking to me. Its just that it makes you feel so bad. Wish we could talk sometime.

You might be clenching it in your sleep. If you can do it, maybe ask your dentist for a jeesh - can't think of it now...but it's like a guard you sleep with to keep you from doing that. It was right on the tip of my tongue, but if you talk to your dentist, he'll know what you mean. He can also check out your teeth to see if you're grinding them down. Stress sometimes causes us to grind and clench in our sleep. I think it's called a dental guard. My husband says im not

My husband says im not grinding my teeth in my sleep but I was watching a massage video on you tube because dont laugh but they totally relax me. Anyway I was watching one of the facial massage videos and the therapist said that it is quite common for tension and anxiety to settle in your jaws. Now back to the massage video LOL. I swear it totally works though so do the sleep and mediatation ones

Even though I had a VERY good day today, my heart is beating very fast, and I feel the tension still in my right arm. I think our body is slower in letting go than our mind? But I'm so happy for you that you're doing better. Hugs, Anne

Thank you. Don't laugh but I have been watching relaxtion sleep and meditation videos on you tube and voila tension in my jaws is much better they melt the tension right away and put you to sleep. Try it they totally work

Getting with people that really make you feel good

Bottom line. No shame. Get with people who you have fun with. Have common intersets, your interests,,,,go there, be bold, spread your wings,,enjoy your life, your freedom, your bliss, you, and what you like... Good for you,,,keep it up...!!! p.s narcs have a way of making us have interests and behaving in ways that are not good for us...stay out of their mess, no helping them in any way,,,,
