Am I a sex addict?

You aren't a sex addict. Like the others said, you were brainwashed. I went through this both times I was with N's. After you stay NC for a while, your hormones will calm down and you won't feel it anymore. This is also one of the many ploys that N's have to make you and your body go haywire. What happens is that after you have one of many arguments or upsets, you will have extreme anxiety and then he will have sex with you, (usually in the beginning}. The sex releases calming hormones, (forgot what they're called, anyone?) that takes away the anxiety. Over time, the fights get more frequent and then the N refuses sex and withdraws therefore leaving you begging to have the anxiety relieved. In other words, no matter how you look at it, they jack you up! :P
