Over a week of NC

I have succeeded in an entire week of NC...... There was always the "hi" texts from X-NARC to haunt me... I had broken up with him many times, if you can actually break up from a married man.... ( hot quite a man, a child).... It has been difficult ONLY to get the thoughts out of my mind.... It it the thoughts that make it difficult... The what ifs, coulda's shoulda's and fabricated scenarios of delusional thinking on my end... The "trigger's". However, I am trying to replace the thoughts with some of the terrible things the XNarc said to me to exchange them for the "fantasy" , that I became accustomed to..... This seems to be working a bit.... Time will indeed heal.
