"Time heals everything"

This is the N's favorite quote to me when ever I try to explain myself why I needed to stay away from him for a little while. However, I do not believe time alone is enough to heal and stay away for good from these ASSCLOWNS/ASSHOLES!!!

We need action. We need to make radical changes, even as small as changing your daily routine.

During my last D & D, it was my b-day and I had to work that night. Unable to sleep, crying and calling my brother again. He told me just for now focus on going to the gym everyday. It's not just about losing weight but it's stacking small wins. Despite my sadness and through my tears, I took my butt to the gym that afternoon before work.
