The List

Good morning everyone!
Day 2 of the path forward. Well, it's probably more days that that, but it was yesterday I finally admitted and accepted the facts, and signed on here. Yesterday I deleted everything from my phone, blacklisted his email, and through away a bunch of photos. And yet...

This morning I was on FB and just had to look and see what he and New Supply are doing. Ugh. This addiction has to stop. So, I went back to the 12 signs of a Psychopath and some other articles and made a list of everything he fit. THAT'S what is on my phone now, to refer to whenever I feel myself caving.

Here's the list:
Hypocrisy
Inflated credentials
Lies, lies, lies
Gaslighting
Idealize, devalue, discard
Had the New Supply lined up before I was even slightly out of the picture
Wounded Vet - played this pity party line extremely well.
Artist
VERY charming, charismatic. Knows a lot. About everything.
Impulsive
Came on very very strong. In love with me immediately, wanted to marry me a month later. I was his perfect soul mate.
Verbal cues early on: He actually said, "I sweet talk people for money." (why did I laugh that off??)
Claimed very high morals, integrity.
Thrill seeker
Nomadic - never stays in one place for more than 6 months, has no long term friends.
Aggressively pursued me

That list, which I am certain I will add to as time goes on, gives pretty solid evidence of his narcissism. Every time I am tempted, I'm going to reread it!
