circular arguments

In my experience with ex n there were hours and hours of circular arguments which involved me trying and trying to sort things out. only to be met with total frustration. sometimes started over the most minute of things. you're a bit bossy for example. 5 hours later still rowing after being thrown out and consistently going back in to try and sort it out.

I look at this now and think why the hell was I so driven to keep sorting it out.... I would say something meaningful and one word would be picked out and then a whole new row about thaqt..... it was exhausting and completley baffling! really crazy making and would never get to the root of the problem.
