Hi All,
Hoping everyone had happy and safe holidays! Just wanted to say hi and update. Still NC!!! Still struggling here and there but I give myself permission to hurt and process. Making lots of good changes in my life:). A little nervous bc I am going to ny this week (huge trigger). Should be a good trip though bc I am going witha bunch of my girlfriends. Just a little yucky tonight, ugh! Okay hope everyone is doing great!!
