Stop Chasing

It's been a while since I've been here. I felt I needed a break to just live life and forget about the N. But now that I've had some time I wanted to return and do what I can to help for those that are just starting out. So I have some tips. I know you've heard them before and you probably know the value of these tips but when you are first trying to get away from the N, they need to be repeated.

- Move on. As painful as it may be, what are you really losing? A man who only takes and never gives. A man who has other women. A man who does not care how you feel. A man who uses you for sex, money, whatever it might be. Why would you want this man in your life?

- No Contact is the only way. You need to turn the page and you CAN NOT do that if you reply to his texts, calls, emails, etc. You CAN NOT move on if you read his Facebook. Do not stalk him. If you communicate with him you are just allowing him to manipulate you. You need space to see him for what he is.

- It has been said over and over but remember this: HE WILL NOT CHANGE. He will just do it someone else, he will do it to you again if you let him.
