I NEED HELP! ME! Not him, i dont want to talk about wanting him back, or how I dont understand why he did what he did ANYMORE!! HE DID WHAT HE DID AND I CANT GET THAT TIME BACK, I CANT CHANGE WHAT HAPPENED, I CANT ERASE THE SCARS AND THE BROKEN BONES, HEART, AND ALL THAT SHIT,SO I DONT WANT TO TALK ABOUT HIM.!!!
I want to know what do I do? How do I take that tiny VERY TINY little piece of me that I have left and how do I nurture it, so I can be strong like some of you? What can I do, what worked for you, how did you sleep at night when sleep wasnt an option? How did you get through flashbacks when your skin was so raw from all the showers you took? How did you hide your panic attacks at work? How do you keep working? How do you take a deep breathe and feel like you are finally free?
I feel like we forgot to talk about us here, and all I hear and see if stuff about them. I am not trying to be a bitch, but i am fucking hurting bad and I am sinking and i need help and i dont care about why or how i got here I just want to get better. I want to know what you all did to get better,Mods, some of you ladies that have been here long, how do you heal the pain, I KNOW IT TAKES TIME, i get that but what can I do right now to at least but a bandaid on this fucking wound so it will stop hemroging!! I really need to know the simple shit, what are the baby steps...please any help on how to take those tiny second by second steps?? Thats about all I got right now.
