I thought this was a valuable link originally posted back in May by OneDay@aTime.

Sorry for all of the revival posts...but I had to go back and do more reading. I think I was a bit in shock still when I first got here....and I wasn't sleeping at all. So I decided to go back, re-read and see if more o fit soaks in this time.
