Punishment...

So this is what I get for breaking NC last night and looking on the OW page.

I am sitting at a stop light on my way home. And who should drive by...? yep HIM right in front of me I think there is a chance he saw me perhaps not he had a passenger in the car...the car I paid for...the car she will ride in when she gets back in a month.

God help me, I think I am having a breakdown...I can't handle this
First the hoover, the test results, breaking NC and now I had to see him - in the span of 6 days!

It's been 5 weeks since I last saw him ---I have been so cautious every where I go.

Ladies, how do you deal with this? I can't move away. I will see them together at somepoint.

Please help how do you cope, maintain sanity?
