Dancing With the Devil

So, I'm reading "The Wizard of Oz and Other Narcissists" and Payson, the author, on pg 154, is speaking about narcissism becoming so pathological that it is indistinguishable from evil. She also quotes Dr. Scott Peck:

"Narcissism is the last train stop before hell"

Wow... No wonder this healing process seems so long and drawn out. At times it (the 'quasi-relationship' with the narc) felt like an excursion down the rabbit hole and at others, like I was doing the bossa nova with Satan himself.
