Does this really help?

Does posting on here really help, or just make it harder to move on past this situation? I'm torn right now. I seem to be stuck in a phase of not being able to get over him and keep thinking about him and the OW. I'm almost afraid if I keep posting on here that I may be focusing on him more than he deserves. He left me within a heartbeat and is not looking back...should I be spending time talking about him in the meantime?
