Blocked him.

Well ladies, today I did it. I blocked his number from my cell phone and I blocked him on facebook.

For the longest time I felt like i'd have "more control" if I knew whether he was trying to contact me. That was just an excuse. It shouldn't matter if he's trying to contact me because I don't want to hear from him EVER AGAIN.

And if he does something to my car or home I will know it was him and I will call the police SO FAST.

I AM BACK IN CONTROL HERE. I AM MOVING ON WITH MY LIFE.

NO MORE, EVER, EVER AGAIN.

Sorry to myself.

Now I'm gonna go lay in my bed on my day off and mourn this for a while and tomorrow I'm going to wake up and MOVE ON WITH MY LIFE.

You are so on your way. You've told yourself there is no hope wishing for things that won't happen, you've taken a huge step in recovery. Keep looking ahead. Be really,really good to yourself as only YOU can. No one will ever treat us as well as we have the ability to treat ourselves. You said "Sorry to myself" - PERFECT!!! Congratulations. The fact that it really, really sucks means that you've really, really given up the impossible dream.

You drive the bus. You're at the steering wheel. It's your life and you're going to make it great! This is outstanding news and great progress. I have noticed that the more I sweep out the disordered one's debris, the more room there is for great things to enter into my life...and they have!
