WTF?

I agree with everyone here....diet? WTF are you talking about, Hunter? As I've told you before, you have a model's body. What the F are you talking about?!!! I saw the recent pics you and Happy posted on FB and you look amazing, as always. You both do. I LOVE the Cougar pic of Happy with the two young men at the airport. Gotta love it! ;)

Gym membership! Hunter there

Gym membership! Hunter there r people of all shapes and ages. Get in on some classes that suit you. I have been going to zumba ........it rocks. Plus the girls in there are funny and supportive. Wide mix. The hardest part about going to the gym is.........GOING there lol.......BUT once you get your grove, you will feel angst if yup miss. You really DO begin to look forward to it. It really does have to be a lifestyle change. And HUNTER, I am new, but you have already given me some support. If you can beat the NARC.........this will be a walk in the park girl!!!! Xoxo

Get going, Hunter

I'd be the worst diet advisor ever, have never been on a diet in my life. You know why? Because I get so much exercise my weight has remained the same since I've been 18. So rather than starve yourself, which must be horrible, eat sensibly, lots of veg and fruit and salads to fill you up. Avoid carbohydrates after 6 p.m. Try to find what exercises suit you. Preferably you choose something to work and tighten your muscles (I do Callanetics and Power Yoga, Pilates is fine as well)and do that every other day. Start with 20 minutes working up to an hour later. The other days you do something aerobic like biking, swimming, running. Rest for one day a week. You won't lose a lot of weight but your figure will be great with tight muscles. As a bonus there'll be no adrenaline left to upset about assclown. Try it, good luck! If all fails I'll send you my Narc - he made me lose my appetite.

Go hunter!!!...make yourself

Go hunter!!!...make yourself a playlist of some kick ass running music. Just remember what you have achieved moving on from your N....this will be easy in comparison. My advice because I yoyo and struggle with my weight, don't obsess over it. Just cut down on things, make meals smaller, excersise more, but never deprive yourself. Deprivation is a dieters undoing. If you want something have it, but just change your portion size. I am struggling to even hit the gym at the moment so exhausted...want my fighting spirit to return....been MIA for far too long.

You are such an amazing woman

You are such an amazing woman I cannot see a diet being a problem. Look at that ice cream as your Narc. Its not good for you and it will only be a problem after the idealization faze.
