You can easily create your own hardcopy by downloading the book and copying it on a printer. This is what some do who would like the feel of the paper or of course you can read it online which works best for me.

We have had other requests for hardcopies and I believe Lisa has been looking into this. It was just mentioned again in a PM a few weeks ago.

For the most part we have only receive a handful or requests at this point and as you may well imagine a publisher would expect a large run to make it worth their while and now a days it is more expensive to create hardcopy books and we are able to keep the expenses down by offering it online.
