The first day of no tears and day 10 of no contact

Hi

I wanted to say a big thank you to everyone on this site who has commented or messaged me. Thank you to Goldie for our one on one. It has only been 10 days and today was the first day I didn't cry about him. I know there is so much work to do still but I have finally accepted that it is over... The chaos is over... The fighting is over... The waiting for the other shoe to drop is over... My gut instinct screaming to me everyday is over... the lies I knew he was telling but would never admit are gone... The manipulation is gone.... The gas lighting is done....... Deep Breath as I say out loud....It is over... I could cry with relief when I actually think of all the terrible times that I never have to go through again.... I feel like a kid on Christmas waiting for my No Contact Milestones... I know I may have hard days still but today I am so thankful that it is .........................OVER :)
