I just ended my 3 1/2 year relationship ten minutes ago. My heart is pounding so hard and I am now full of self doubt. I have wanted to end things for a long time but haven't had the courage or the total will to do it. Today was the straw that broke the camels back. So, I ended things over something very minor. I am so upset with it all!! I was widowed young and have posptoned this breakup to avoid heartache. He was my only boyfriend since my husband died. Please some words of support!
