18 months No Contact!

Just wanted to celebrate on here that it has now been 18 months NC since the last time my narc had power over me. He still had me a mess for months after NC as I had to work out the mess he made and pick up the pieces but he never had the amusing (to him) priveledge of knowing that be cause that whole time I was NO CONTACT!

Even in his numerous attempts to contact me I have remained NC. His first attempt of contact was about 3 months after I went NC but by that time I had grown stronger in my knowledge of what a narc is and what I am (and am not - i.e. a person worthy of respect) to a narc. I knew better by then and even so much more now! Even though I still hear about him being spotted here or there with different women all the time, it doesn't even phase me anymore! Honestly!

So hang in there and STAY NO CONTACT! It gets better!
