Thank God for this site

I just had to post as I am thankful for this site. After more than a year after my final discard and a year of NC, Having gone through the steps, read every post and armed myself with knowledge about narcs, i can finally say im on my way to being a better and stronger person.I say this because a recent encounter with an old friend who turned out to be an N. with the knowledge from this site and strength which i gained from all the support from others who have gone though the same narcissist experience, once i figured that he was a narcissist, i said no to him after he propositioned me. Instead of staying i just simply walked away with my bounderies and dignity intact.Never again will I allow myself to be with a Narc!
