New Here - Week One Post breakup

It's been one week since we broke up and just a few hours since I have realized - through this website - exactly what type of guy I have been dealing with this past 2 years. I am grateful for this site and the ability to share my feelings with people that understand what I have been going through. After reading these blogs and excerpt of Scott's books I downloaded, I finally was able to completely block out my ex from my phone, emails, etc. I am totally obsessing and my friends are becoming increasingly frustrated with me. One of my fears is that he will appear at my home since I have him blocked. Does anyone have any tips on how to handle this if it does arise?
