Panic

I thought I was doing well. It's been 4 weeks now of NC since his hour long venomous attack at his D&D speech. Last night I couldn't get to sleep then when I did fall asleep I started dreaming I was back in the same place as the last D&D and he was giving me another D&D. I woke up in a complete panic and felt like I had a dead weight all across my chest. It was horrible. I felt like I was hyperventilating too.

I have blocked all calls/ texts from him on home and mobile/ cell phone so he can't reach me. I did block emails too so thought I was safe but I didn't realise that doesn't block them on Ipad too. On Sun morn when I had just woken up and half asleep opened emails on Ipad and started reading one then realised it was from him. It was all this BS about how he has been told by counsellors he has PTSD from unresolved grief(his late wife died 5yrs ago)and that has caused narcissistic traits and how 'masked grief has bn proven to be a cause of narcissism'. He got the 'mask' bit right at least! Such a load of garbage. I stopped reading after a few lines and deleted the email.

Shouldn't the trauma and shock of the D&D be starting to hurt less by now? What can I do to speed up that process or attack it head on so that it doesn't feel so intense still?
