Can Narcissim Be A Result to Hide Some Deep Inner Insecurity - Is he gay?

Okay so...my N was kinda a wierdo, not sure why i was attracted to him at all, he was short and pudgy but extremely charming and ultimately I think that was it.

Five of my friends think he is gay, could the N be a way of hiding for him. He was feminine and had a feminine voice, walked kind of feminine, was obsessed with the movie twilight and two times put used my make up to make himself look like 'death'

Im a wierdo magnet, but wanted to see what everyone thought.

They are strange in every

They are strange in every way. They are not good in realtionships with gay men either. this site is mostly straight women it would be interesting to hear from gay men about how badly they are treated by narcissists. There is no figuring it out they are very low in emotional intelligence and do a lot of harm to others. No contact is the only real answer and that means no contact intellectually and emotionally.

Interesting, I have a gay friend on facebook..and sometimes I see the "jokes" his partner posts on his page..and I think, this guy is an N who is always subtly putting down this really intelligent funny guy, but always as a "joke." It makes me so mad.

It's far too easy to label someone as "gay". Your guy sounds N not gay. Realizing how COMMON pathology (narcissism, psychopathy, etc) is is very horrifying to people. Get Lisa's book and let your friends read it. My ex N's ex girlfriend

My ex N's ex girlfriend accused him of being gay (because of his impotence issues). He told me that...I've never talked to her. I considered the possibility of him being gay early on when he with witholding sex from me, but as I got to know him better and we did have sex, I don't think he was gay. Just a big old N who couldn't get it up with someone he couldn't objectify.

Being gay doesn't denote being a Narcissist. You are right on GB - if he can't objectify you - or turn you into a whore - they can't perform. cherlynn - I am a nutball magnet too.
