I purchased a new table fan. I am a little concerned because the sound of the fan seems to fill my ears and drown out the other noises around me. I can only hear the sound which is coming out of my computer speaker, which are closer to me. But, I am not able to hear the noise of the traffic outside my window and other normal noises. The fan is placed about 4-5 feet away from me.
I recently joined this forum after having read tons of articles on here due to my most recent breakup with my ex. He is not officially diagnosed as a Narcissist, but he has a lot of uncanny traits of a Covert Narc. He always got me a blanket when I was cold without me even asking. Would cook every night (he loved to cook).
off and on very long term actually. However my narcissist was not JUST a narcissist and did not show the narcissistic ways ALL the time...but I don't know if any of them do. You wouldn't want to KNOW all that I have lived through because of my bad choice of 'marrying one' and having children with him.

I am new to this site and thought some helpful tips from other women might put into perspective what I am dealing with. I have been with my boyfriend for 2 years, we do not officially live together but he’s at my house 95% of the time. Things go really really good or really REALLY bad. He’s never been physically abusive but is very controlling and manipulative. This past Friday I had surgery to remove a suspicious ovarian tumor. He elected not to come to the hospital due to work and my family was going to be there so he didn’t see a need in it.
Hi all....so, this is not my first run in with someone who is personality disordered. I've dated 2 psychopaths and a few narcissists before. Unfortunately, I seem to be a magnet for them. I'm asking for support as I am having a heck of a time disconnecting and staying broken up with my ex-boyfriend, as I have a very difficult time being single and I don't have any friends nearby. My intuition keeps telling me something is off with him but I have such a hard time being alone and I work with him so I have to interact with him.
I had an affair with my ex boss when we used to work together. Then after my ex husband made me tell the wife, my ex boss/lover stopped talking to me. I feel so stupid bc after 13 years of thinking EVERYTHING was my fault, I now realize he’s your typical narcissist. I just feel so stupid. For years I thought I was crazy and delusional and none of it was true. After a brief run in with him when they came and vacationed in Myrtle Beach where I live, he’s up to his old ways.

My ex has been bullying threatening and attacking me for years using our 4yr old son as a weapon. We are in the midst of a full blown custody battle and he is getting desperate b/c he can see the court is leaning toward taking away his 50% custody schedule and giving me full custody.

The effectiveness of communication is an established fact.The research students always need this kind of expertise as they have to have a compelling piece of dissertation to satisfy their teacher to earn excellent grades. And for this they need to think out of the box and need to bring an acceptable change as without change there could be no innovation and without innovation there could be no success or achievement.
