Yuck...I seem to have attracted another one

K so last week I went out with friends, met a disgustingly attractive guy and hooked up with him. Please dont judge, I'm only sharing because Im puzzled/shocked by something that he said and needed to share with someone. I have not spoken to this guy since, I needed to change my number anyways so I changed it the following day and deleted him from my phone. We will never talk again and Im fine with that, Im not ready to date and I just wanted to have some fun.

Thing is, while we were hooking up (Im not going to go into major detail) he did something that was physically uncomfortable for me (unintentionally) and I said "ow, that hurts". His response was (sarcastically) "awww...I almost feel sorry for you".

WTF?! Never seeing him again, just a little disturbed I managed to attract another creep. And yes, I know, hooking up with someone the night you meet them is not entirely condusive to being treated with tons of respect. But before my ex I had hooked up with a few people "for fun" and they never treated me like this. Coincidence? Maybe Im sending out "Im a target!" vibes? Ugh I dont know. Anyways, I spotted more subtle red flags the next morning which I recorded in my journal. (My new dating plan). Stuff I probably would have overlooked in the past, sadly, but will not now.

Thanks for listening. Anyone else feel like their ex started a chain reaction of more narcs/creeps?? Does this happen, even when we've educated ourselves on narcs, and why?
