yaay I made it to 4 months

NC that is major for me, I know I got ways to go, but to go that long and not talk to my ex is unheard of, even though she D&D me and stop communicating first, I got to the point I didnt chase after her no more and I got to the point I no longer desired to be with her. but honestly this isnt the only reason I am happy, I am also staying out of relationships as a whole and working on me, I use to go from relationship to relationship carrying one pile a mess to the next, but after that last episode I said NOPE, something got to change, so here I am healing and its a hard road but I am going to make it, with GOD all things are possible, so in sharing my lil tid bit, I want to ask everyone else about their NC how long and how are you doing?
