I am so pleased to have found this site but i am really really struggling- i'm at home today and my thoughts are just going crazy - my thoughts have just exploded. I feel physically sick.
I just feel like i have nothing.

Luck 2012 I so understand how

Luck 2012 I so understand how you are feeling right now. My d&d happened only 10 weeks ago after 2.5 years together (I changed my whole life for him)..and until the last couple of days I seriously didn't think I was going to survive; the only thought keeping me on the earth was that I couldn't let my kids be the ones to find me. I believe finding this site has saved my life and I read every post. I am finally starting to recover. It is a painfully slow process for me (the queen of walking away from people; until now). I am a new member and I wish I would have found the site right after the d&d. If you have one tiny positive thought hold onto it, and know you are absolutely not alone. Everyone on this site has had the same experience you have had...baby steps forward..steps backward..just hold on..it gets better..slowly, but it gets better.

You must also find a good therapist.. NC is the key here.. If you listen and do the work you will get better.. Hunter

Never feel alone Luck.

Never feel alone Luck. Never............. I just responded to your PM. Please read it. Hang in there my friend, it gets harder before it gets easier. But you can do it, we all can! Remember, YOU ARE WORTH IT, HE IS WORTHLESS.
