Women Who Love Phychopaths

This weekend I read the Book "Women who love Phychopaths".
Oh my god, the author described me to a t. Very eery feeling.

I am highly educated with a Bachlor's degree in Accounting. I am very successful as I am a Manager at a hospital. I fit the temperment traits totally:
Extraversion and excitement seeking
Relationahip investment and positive sociability
Semtimentality
Attachment
Competitiveness
Concern for having others high regard
Harm Avoidance.

I am the kind of person that wants to fix things. For Example: I will take a horse that has been untrainable and make it my project. I will do everything in my power to make it a rideable horse. I have worked on some for as long as four years before giving up. Hence, My addiction to the N. I think that I want to fix him... lol... I know that I can't so, I am still NC...

HE MAY STILL HAVE ME IN MY SIGHTS, BUY THE MFUCKER WILL NEVER HAVE ME AGAIN! CAUSE I DESERVE SO MUCH BETTER!

I need to get the book, my narc told me that "sentimental lady" by Bob Welch was MY song and fit me to a tee, I remember feeling really flattered by that, I know now that Narcs see sentimentality as weakness, they despise it. What a f*cker he was!

hmmm...I never considered myself as excitement seeking, but that certainly describes xN to a tea. Always seeking the next big thrill. I can see alot of us on here probably do share some of these traits in common with you though. I don't recall who posted but it was recently, they chose you because you are a TROPHY!

I am definitely an excitement seeker... Hence my love of barrel racing. It is a 16 to 17 second thrill. I agree with you on the trophy. He wanted a good girl on his arm during deer season, when all of his out of town friends come for partying and hunting. Hence his reason for telling me he will see me in November. He will want another round with me to make himself look good. Also, He wants to break me down and ruin me because I am a over achiever. These N's are BASTARDS...

Just like those spirited horses you love, your beauty and strength will get you past this! And it will make the N's head spin for a change when he comes crawling back in the fall. By then, you'll just shake the dust off your boots and walk on! I am so proud of you! You have made amazing strides already.
