Will I ever really be rid of him???

Hi Girls - reaching out for support or a kick in the ass - your choice.

I'm in a long and drawn out divorce. My exN has a supply who is half his age, and he has not tried to hoover me back in a few months.

He walked out of our divorce mediation session 3 weeks ago and has not made a move to act on the divorce next steps. He is paying child support in the way of covering the costs of the kids' private schools, so I'm not hurting financially at the moment.

Our former marriage therapist has advised me to "wait him out," as confronting a N with logic or a strong stance does no good.

But I'm sick of waiting.

I want the divorce over.

I want him gone.

I want his crap out of my house.

But I don't want to go bankrupt with a trial to accomplish the above.

He won't go away without a fight and will get off on watching me go broke.

Do I sit tight and wait for him to act, maybe prompted by the OW, or do i suck it up and spend what I have to for a trial?

Thanks, friends!
