Very true

This was a good post...thank you. I have been caught out twice so I am staying out of dating and working on myself, concentrating on spending time with the tried and tested people in my life and myself. From now on I'm staying VERY aware of Red Flags and healthy boundaries whether it be finding new friends or dating when I go back to that and anyway having a partner is not the centre of the earth, the sun does not set and rise on them. I still feel a bit wobbley but peace of mind is slowly coming back and that is worth it's weight in gold to me. I'm just sticking to the drill and sooner or later everything will fall into place. I know this to be true. Keep the faith. I hope all the lovely people that go through the horrors of being in love with these hollow beings come through with flying colours and find peace of mind. To actually come through without being sectioned is a feat in itself.
