Who's the used toaster now?

The following is an excerpt from the book

Narcissistic Lovers
How to Cope, Recover and Move On

BY: Cynthia Zayn and Kevin Dibble, M.S.

This might help those who have intense emotions about the N with OW

...visualize the Narcissist sitting on the curb in front of your house. Moments later the rumble of a garbage truck is heard in the distance. Two men jump off the truck, but before they can toss him in the back with the rest of the trash a woman happens by and "rescues" him from your curb. People go through other people's trash all the time. They seem to think they can make good use out of something that someone else has thrown away. When you see someone taking a broken toaster or a worn out pair of sneakers from your trash can, you don't chase her down, do you? Besides, most of the time they eventually realize it is useless, and it ends up on their own curb a little while later.

Absolutely Ruby

I certainly am not settling for anybody else's junk in the future. I am fully aware nowadays that all the junk is there for a reason - it deserves to be in the garbage truck. Thanks, good post. Dee x
