What does your username mean to you?

I chose my name based on the Weeping Willow Tree. I've always loved this tree. I used to count them during road trips as a child. Back then they lined the sides of the highway to one city we visited a couple of times a year. Those trees are long gone, replaced by gas stations and cookie cutter subdivisions. I can still see them though, when I close my eyes... and for a moment all is right with the world.

Initially, I debated making my username Weeping Willow, because that's how I felt when I first found this site. Weeping, drooping from the weight of the leaves on the flimsy branches. But even then I knew that though the tree might be weeping, it's trunk is standing tall and strong. I decided to just use Willow. It was my way of saying I might be droopy now, but my core is strong. I might bend, might even appear to be falling over, but I will not break.
