threw a glance at his facebook profile...:( i wish i hadn't!!!

2 weeks of NC.i was feeling a lot better!!!but today i woke up this strange feeling...maybe i had dreamed of him.i don't have him as a friend on fb,but my friend does..so i threw a glance.what i saw really made me feel angry...my breath became heavy,and i started smoking like crazy one cigarette after another...
after many songs with sad comments,

he wasn't thinking of me when he wrote that,for sure.i was ALWAYS there for him.so...who was he thinking of???the girl he broke up with before he hoovered back to me,the girl he cheated on,the girl he never respected?
she was mean to him after the break up,and he described her to me as if she were a devil!
this week he must have unfriended her...but why is he so"""sentimental"""if she wasn't worth it?
i know i MUST stick to NC,but it's so hard!
i feel the need to shout out loud,but i can't at the moment...:(
