We do NOT have to live in fear anymore. This site IS secure. Simply do not write anything that would incriminate yourself or another. WE have freedom of speech in this country.

Most Narcs and Psychopaths are NOT Ted Bundy. They are off looking for new supply and don't care what we are doing.

My Narc knows all about this site and all about what I write and if anything it makes him feel important and he does not care or mind at all; similar to Lisa's X husband.

As a matter of fact, I was talking with Lisa on the phone one day when the narc came over and he was asking when he could meet her while we were talking, LOL!!! AS IF??? He probably saw her pic and thought she was HOT, she is, but that is beside the point, LOL!!!

There may be the occasional Narc who would get an attitude, however, we have always deleted posts which give too much information and anyone saying anything different has NOT been on this site long enough to know this.

Our goal is to protect you and if you screw up and say too much we will let you know, no problem there. Some have chosen to keep the post up even when I thought it was too much and if it is not over the top, that is their call. Otherwise if it shows a pic or names, it goes. Real simple.

We have been doing this for a couple of years now and NEVER has a NARC hurt anyone over this site to my knowledge.

Please do NOT get pulled in by mass hysteria because that is what it is. Part of the recovery process is intense fear of the Narc and what they may do, even when and I'm sorry to say this, they are not even thinking about us or what we are writing. Don't forget they are very self absorbed.

Yes, a few may not like it and retaliate, so do not put anything that is too obvious if you have that type of narc. Also you want to get help here; not create more drama.

YOU need to censor what you say, if you are that afraid. I am not saying that it could not happen, just that it is not the norm for a Narc to find the site and go after someone. Be smart, be careful, and speak freely about your feelings, situations, ect... to the degree that you want to and feel safe. There is alway PM or a phone call if something is too sensitive.

I have asked certain members who seemed at risk, to call me several times. Some have and some don't. I cannot control their choice to post on here as opposed to the PM or phone call options. It is very simple to change your name if you are ready for a new user name. I can change it quickly. I just need the NEW NAME when you PM me.
