stopping myself from angry texts

I have got to stop letting the ex get to me....how do i stop my fingers from texting him and telling him what a disgusting loser creep he is.....he was supposed to pick up our daughter,but owes child support,told me to fuck myself and never showed up..anyway,driving home,ofcourse his truck is parked right infront of the neighborhood bar where i'm sure he'll eat,drink,and spend 100dollars,but God forbid he pay me...anyway,ofcourse i texted him what a deadbeat loser he is,like he cares....so,my question to my friends on here is this,how do you stop yourself??? How do you control that anger and wanting to put it in text??? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.....ugh.....and by the way,he's self employed and getting him to pay is a nightmare,but i'm going to court monday morning.

It's pretty simple really.

It's pretty simple really. You just don't do it. If you're angry think of something constructive to do with the energy. I hike, run, and, quite few times when the anger was at its peak, I kicked a laundry basket from one end of the house to the other. Remember that when you contact an N it doesn't matter what the message is - it can be full of love or hatred - they still get attention. The bottom line is getting a handle on he anger. It will be easier for you once you figure out how to deal with it in a way that doesn't involve verbally beating the shit out of the N. If you want to specifically write about it, do it here or get a journal.

no matter what negativty you text him, he still loves it, next time you feel ike doing it do it here. text what you would text to that lowlife but do it here, they are so sick, that when i used to text n, horrible texts , he texts back, keep them coming, i just love the attention. so it did stop me in my tracks, so a friend of mine said, text them to me instead. but i stopped altogether. thetossers"

I can only imagine the outrage of supposing to be with your child but instead being at the neighborhood bar. I hope your cell phone has a camera because the word for the day is 'document, document, document'. Forget sending the angry text, get your info instead, Cell pics have dates attached that are fairly indisputable. Angry text won't do a damn thing to improve your situation but enough documentation of lack of responsibility towards your child will.

Thank you everyone.....i just needed a little support and to remember he loves the angry texts because it means i'm thinking about him and he has the power.....so here goes,you guys are getting the text.....Hey loser,you are such a pathetic excuse for a human being,taking up valuable oxygen..it's amazing that a man who tries to act like 'father of the year',is really just an emptyshell who loves the attention of walking in places with his beautiful little girl(looks EXACTLY like me),on his shoulders with daddy's hat baseball hat backwards,having all the women listen to how you're a single father,and you LIVE for yourdaughter..Don't forget the part about ditching her becuz you didn't want to hear how you're 2mos late with child support..what's even funnier,is how you secretely LOVED when our dachshound went paralyzed in his back legs and you would parade him around in his wheels...acting like the most caring wonderful guy...now that i think of it...i was first on that list,you loved having the cute girl that was out of you league....hahahaha...now that just came to me!!! Have fun with your grandma(i mean girlfriend),georgia and i are having a fabulous weekend,you will and always will suck at life and be a miserable man.....now go fuck yourself...................ok everyone,i feel better...sorry about the last language,couldn't help myself....
