Silent treatment

I was thinking about this today. For me, i think that was the worse thing he did to me, and he did it ALOT. Whilst i was still'ensnared' with him, when he did this to me, it turned me into someone i really didnt like. I would send him text after text after text..with more nastiness that i ever thought i could possibly come out with! I have NEVER been like that before, but the rage it made me feel was second to none. Looking back, he turned me into an abuser too. It makes me shudder to think about it now.
did anyone else have this?
