In shock and feel sick

Ive just been on Facebook and someone had posted a photo of a wedding and he was there with another woman. I've not experienced this before, but have imagined it a million times. She is so pretty and smiley and looks about thirty ish( he's forty). One funny thing is that she is about 6 inches taller than him, he is only a short arse(and he hated that)!! Ooh I feel weird, she looks quite plain and nice. I used to look like her until he told me i needed more make up and my nails doing properly and then he changed the way I used to dress. This hurts.
I just feel sorry for her really.
But it still really hurts.
I've blocked the 'friend' who posted the photo so that I don't see anything else and I so wanted to look for her on Facebook and find out all about her but I haven't . I've just blocked anyone involved. I was doing great today and singing in the car with the kids and now I feel awful.
I never did anything but love him. They shouldnt be able to move on after all they do!!
I hate him so much right now!
