Seriously spinning... please talk me down

I've been NC for almost 8 months. He found NS during the month we were discussing our break up (in Jan). There was no big fight, it just wasn't working out, and when I tried to text or talk to him about my sadness, he got angry and told me to never contact him - of course because he had to focus on new girl. After 2.5 years together and a broken engagement, he overlapped and got serious with NS immediately. I think they recently moved in together, and I suspect he will marry her. Well, Saturday I ran into him in the gym - our old gym - and just gave him a head nod and walked away. (http://www.lisaescott.com/forum/2013/09/05/overwhelming-sadness-after-7-...). I just didn't know what to say, so I felt it best to say nothing.

Today I get an email from the gym confirming that he went in today and CANCELLED his membership! I don't know if he realizes that my email is still the contact email address on our old account. I'm not even a member there, just went in to get my hair done and so I took advantage of their policy that I can use the facility on the day when you book a salon service. Not sure if I should be proud that seeing me rattled him, or insulted that he wants to avoid me so badly that he cancelled his membership (he doesn't know that I'm not a member).

I will not forward the email to him - that would be breaking NC and giving him too much energy. Please help me get past this day... :( He is completely irrelevant to me (thankfully, no kids or assets together), but my ego was hurt so badly! I want to be the person that says "I release you, forgive you for hurting me, and let you go ... with love and blessings." But inside I really fucking hate him.
