Sapolsky on Depression

I wanted to post Professor Sapolsky's lecture as it relates to the reactionary depression most all of us go through at the end (or sometimes during) an intimate relationship with a narcissist. Some of us have struggled with this illness long before we had the unfortunately fate of becoming involved with the disordered. Either way, understanding depression is important. The more we know, the more we can particpate in our own treatment or recovery. It is 1 hour long, but you will NOT be able to turn away.
