Psychopath threw me a bone.....

I have been ignoring,ignoring,well,today i went to get my grand-daughter some Easter day surprises,when,to MY surprise,as,we pull up in kids dads driveway a pizza delivery guy arrives.I thought the college student son ordered pizza(NOPE)it was chicken wings,jug of diet coke,chocolate cookies or something like that(did not LOOK!)um,he had a little note with him from ex psycho saying he was WRONG,and,he was sorry.....just the millionth time,and,no changing-just the same OLD song and dance of RAGING at me,verbal abuse,cheating,whacking off to now,ex,friend/s and their answering machines-hope their husbands find out-soon!(not to mention there's an insurance policy on my A** out there some-where,and,yes i HAVE been checking-its hard to find this out!),so,he threw me a bone-or bones-CHICKEN bones.A CHEAP way of TRYING to get back in.DID NOT work! I'm done with settling for a BONE every now and then.He didn't stop to think,or,give a damn that i am a VEGETARIAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.So,FK HIM!

I wish he would just choke on a chicken bone and croak already. I hope no one ate any of the food, I wouldn't trust it or any gifts he sends your way. Too many ways to tamper with stuff and like you said, his intentions for you are very bad particularly if he has taken out a life insurance policy on you that you are not aware of. Stay vigilant with being as safe as you can!

TOLD me to run like H.LL! away from this man-and-that HE is consumed by EVIL-that-there is STILL another body that they haven't found yet-SHE saw a woman covered with water! MY son saw A VISION of this woman(before),and,i didn't mention what GOD had showed my son until after-wards...............she said that he is being watched by more people than i know about.I know they're ON to him.

I've told this story before a couple years ago exNH's sister (whom I am close with) came to visit. I went with the girls over there for some dinner exNH and I were together over 20 years mind you. so he serves jumbalaya... KNOWING the Kids don't like fish - but its ALLLL about him so he doesn't care. But - I am DEATHLY allergic to a lot of fish and one of them is Salmon - so guess what 90% of the jumbalaya is? SALMON Well I turn red and my chest & throat are red and I can feel my airway closing. And exNH gets FURIOUS. His sister, who has some sense, gets her epi-pen (she has asthma) and shoots me with it. Of course by then exNH is raging that I got sick on purpose. His own sister told him "are you crazy??? EVEN I KNOW she's allergic to SALMON and other game food." This of course made him rage more. The kids and I excused ourselves and left. I took them to McDonalds for food and went home. Felt like shit for 2 days. I told his sister later I couldn't believe he did that. btw - when exNH found out I'd go to McDonald's afterwards? He said that I "staged" the whole "allergic to salmon" thing so we had an excuse to get unhealthy food. That Is A Helpful Story

I think your salmon story might be extremely helpful as a whole separate post. That story clearly and simply illustrates the insanity of the Narcissist's self centered-ness and selfishness, and how very strangely their brains are wired. This story shows that even in an emergency situation, they will typically only think of themselves. Which is very dangerous when they are your spouse and you rely on them 'in sickness and in health'. If his sister was not there at the time, you might have died. This is another reason Narcissists are so dangerous to have as a spouse, as someone that is relied on in one's life. Because in an emergency, they will kick you when you are down. Thanks for sharing this story again Barbara. I missed it the first time you shared it.
