OW put my XNH out. He has no job and no place to go!

My newly wed husband left me 9 months ago and divorced me 4 months ago. We got married August 2011. He gave me the silent treatment for 3 weeks packed his bags and moved out. He immediately moved in with ow. He verbally abused me. Sexually assaulted me, threatened my job, and sent me an email saying how glad he was that we were divorced because I am black and ugly. Well today I got a text from my cousin, who dates ex NH friend. She told me that the OW and ex got into a fight and he is moving in temporarily with my cousin's BF. I was glad he was suffering at first but now I don't feel like celebrating.He has no job. I really think that is terrible and I feel bad for him. P.S. his OW is someone from his past and he has left her a few times, once he left her while she was at work. She came home to find that he had moved out. Am I crazy for feeling bad of him being homeless?
